HUM Nutrition Unboxing + Mini Review
I spotted these vitamins in quite a few YouTube videos, namely MarissaLace, and thought I should look into them. Their site provides a short health quiz to lead you in the right direction, since they have so many different vitamins. It asks you things like how you eat and what need a little help with. I admit I fell for the cool branding, but I really like the list of ingredients in them. They should help out my lack of greenery in my diet. I went with the Daily Cleanse and Beauty Sleep vitamins to help with a general cleanse and getting to sleep. I decided to get 2 months worth of Daily Cleanse so that I could see whether they worked.
They are gluten free, non-GMO, sustainably sourced and have no artificial colours or preservatives. They also don't have gelatine like some vitamins so can be vegetarian and vegan friendly depending on the other ingredients.
HUM give you a first time purchase discount of $10, a discount for every 3 bottle purchased and you can use my referral code 108553 at checkout to get an extra $10 off.
I've already tried the Beauty zzZz pills to get to sleep a couple of nights and they work really well. You just take them 20 minutes before you want to go to sleep and they basically give you the melatonin you would naturally create yourself by lying there in the dark. They are great for nights when you are doing stuff right up until bedtime and just want to get to sleep stat.
I haven't been taking the Daily Cleanse for long enough to really see the difference, but I do think they are helping. They are a little hard to swallow, being slightly larger capsules, but I'll get used to them. You just need a big glass of water.
